I am the founder of Ori Charag, Law Office. My practice focuses on the representation of startups, investors and founders in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, as well as advising private individuals and corporations in all commercial law aspects.

Prior to founding Ori Charag, Law Offices, I served as the general counsel of an infrastructure company and a software (SaaS) company and worked for seven years in Meitar Law Offices, one of Israel's leading law firms, where I represented leading startups and corporations in investment rounds, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, as well as their ongoing legal needs.
